where do i submit a meter reading? I have been all through my account and I haven’t got an option or a box to tick on my dashboard where i can submit the reading…Please help! Thanks
If there submit readings box isn’t there, and you’d see it if it was, then there’s a configuration error on your account and you need to contact Bulb.
Are you trying to submit meter readings via the app or online? Do you have smart or prepay meters?
