Where is my refund?

Huge problems with Bulb! Closed down my account in August, come september my account had not been closed! Received an email on the 27th September saying this had finally been done and a refund would be received within TWO WEEKS!

Two weeks has been and gone and still no refund! Really not happy at all!

Sorry to hear that there’s been a delay - it’ll be best to drop Bulb an email at help@bulb.co.uk (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) as this is account specific and we community members (fellow customers) obviously don’t have access to your account (let alone the ability to process refunds!).

The refund, once Bulb produced your last bill (which can take 6 weeks whilst they wait for readings to go from your new supplier to the ‘third party independent verification’ company who coordinates switches to then finally reaching Bulb), should have gone to your bank account within about 3-10 days (depending on banking schedules) so I’m not sure why it’s taken two weeks. Bulb staff will be able to help.
