Where to submit a Meter reading

I already have a smart meter but Bulb cannot recognise it or use it.

I want to submit a meter reading as soon as possible, there is no way to submit it when I login to my bulb account.
It is very frustrating to the point that I am thinking about moving to another supplier if I cannot get this working.

Hi @UserOne If you wouldn’t like to phone in every time, you can submit meter readings on your Bulb Account. If you have a Smart meter, the facility to do this isn’t there, as we expect that we can read your meter remotely, so you shouldn’t need to submit readings. If this isn’t the case, you will need to either email in (help@bulb.co.uk) , phone us (0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)) or live chat with us
