Missing statement for December, checked app & website no joy. Still taking payment, will try to email, if no reply will stop payment in January. Anyone else got same problem?
Personally I have never had any problems with a statement being available at the correct time.

Some customers have had issues with lack of statements when they have had smart meter installed, have you recently had a smart installation?
