Which? review of Bulb

Which? did a snapshot survey of energy providers’ customer service.

The key points of Bulb’s review for me were:

  • 2nd slowest to answer the phone (19 mins on average)
  • Slowest single wait time of any provider at 41 minutes
  • Live chat failed on 11 of 12 attempts

They still came third out of 35 providers (but missed out by a whisker on being a Which recommenced supplier).
