Which? did a snapshot survey of energy providers’ customer service.
The key points of Bulb’s review for me were:
- 2nd slowest to answer the phone (19 mins on average)
- Slowest single wait time of any provider at 41 minutes
- Live chat failed on 11 of 12 attempts
