Is/are DST Global and/or Yuri Milner still stakeholders in Bulb.
Hayden Wood & Amit Gudka are the “owners” of Bulb (via a holding company “Simple Energy”), but since Bulb and Simple are both in administration, their ownership means very little.
DST Global and/or Yuri Milner are probably creditors, though I can’t find direct mention of either in the Administrator’s Proposals documents for Bulb and Simple (on the Companies House website).
