Just joined Bulb last month and gave my opening gas and electricity meter readings successfully. After receiving my monthly bill I wanted to submit another reading but the app and the online account is asking for two separate electricity meter readings. I have a single rate meter and not changed it recently. I had an issue with my previous supplier where I couldn’t even submit any electricity meter readings.
