Why aren't Bulb contacting customers...?

Why aren’t Bulb contacting customers to inform them to submit their meter reading’s before the 1st April?

They never have done before previous increases. So, i guess they won’t do it on this occasion either. I’m not saying they should. Personally, I put a reminder in my phone and do it that way. If they won’t/don’t, the onus is on you to submit readings to ensure the charges are correct before any price rise.

I think they could’ve just put it in the email they sent out saying about the price increase.
I’ve also got a reminder set as well to submit our reading tomorrow.
