Why can't I enter my meter readings in the boxes? I think there must be a glitch?

I am due to switch to Bulb today and can’t enter my meter readings in the boxes.Please help!

Are you getting an error message when you try? If so, what does it say?

For now, just email your readings to help@bulb.co.uk and we’ll plug them in for you.
