Why cant I log in to set up a new contract?

Hello, I just created an account on Bulb because I want to set up contracts with this supplier. But I cant log in. Do you have any solutions?

I’m struggling to find an account with your email. Have you just moved into a property that’s already supplied by Bulb? Or are you wanting to switch your supply over to Bulb?

The issue is that I just moved in a property as a tenant and I want to switch the supplier from the old one to bulbo
