rather than being able to see my account screen i just get sent here - i can no longer do any thing…its a joke

I’m sorry you’re having issues accessing your account, we can definitely get this sorted for you.
The issue may be with the email address, as the one registered to Community isn’t bringing anything up on our system. I’m going to drop you a message, and if you can reply to that with the email address on your Bulb account, I can then look into it for you
