Why can't I see my balance and statements

Since I had my smart meter installed back in march I have not been able to see what my account balance is and how much energy I’ve used. I know my payments have been going in but for all I know I might be hundreds of pounds in debit. I’ve had one response saying the problem was going to be fixed a few months ago but nothing since. If nothing happens soon I’ll look at switching somewhere else where I might get better customer service.
