Hi there @Nige2602 that probably means that we haven’t taken over your electricity (if you’ve never been able to give us an electricity reading) or your electricity supply has switched away to another supplier if this has started recently. If that doesn’t sound right, please do email email@example.com, or pop onto the online chat on our website or give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and we’ll see what’s going on
