a couple of weeks later and another request for a photo following my meter reading! am I going to get this request every time I submit my meter reading?!
The article suggests that this was to verify my meter number, if this was the case why do I have to submit this again after the last photo. :angry:

Same boat. New smart meter is apparently not sending anything to Bulb. Siemens installers sent in a final gas reading and a new one of 0, but the elec is still the last one I did before getting the “smart” meter. Just got our “read your meters” reminder and have done so. Gas went in ok, and is reflected on the account, but elec asked for photo and then… nothing.
