My monthly payment has now gone up to £224 for a 2 bed flat. You’ve sent a bill to say I’ve used £155.50 of energy since 2nd April and my account is now £1,807.92 in debit. Can you please sort this out to an accurate bill? I have opted to switch to another supplier, and want to leave however you have hiked my bill payment.
