Why does app not show usage graph now?

The app on my iPhone used to show usage in 30 min increments however it now no longer shows any graph. I am also unable to enter readings via the app.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I have taken a look at your account and noticed an error with one of the smart functions. This caused the readings to stop sending and so your usage graphs will have stopped. I have reset this and so they should start up again within the next few weeks.

I have had the same problem for weeks. I’ve emailed Bulb several times and been on chat and still does not show usage or the ability to enter readings if I wanted to. Now the IHD has started playing up so I’ve just requested a reset on that. How are Bulb customers supposed to monitor their usage when nothing works anymore?! :rage:
