I have made 3 payments since joining Bulb in September, and have had 2 bills. However my credit does not reflect the 3 payments made. Any ideas
Depends on which payment as it could be the last payment which can take a few days to arrive in the Bulb account more so if it hits a weekend.
At Bulb, we take a fixed payment in advance for the upcoming month. This means we’ll take the first payment on the day you switch.
At the end of each month, we’ll send you a statement summarising the cost of the energy you’ve used. We’ll subtract this from your monthly payment, and give you an update on your account balance.
If your account is in debit, this is usually a sign that you’re using more energy than your monthly payments cover. We’ll usually advise if you’re paying too much or too little on your Bulb Dashboard.
