Why don't I have any statements in my account after 5 months?

I joined bulb back in July and whilst I can see the payments I’ve made and the readings I’ve submitted I can’t see any statements?

Are you saying when you go to payments and statements you don’t get this option to download your statements.


i can see june july aug and that’s it!
