Why has bulb cancelled my account and said I've moved?

For some reason my account with bulb has been closed even though I haven’t moved house. We had an email sent to us in Jan saying they had heard we’d moved but it went to my junk email so didn’t see it. The only reason we noticed was because we received something in the mail from bulb today that didn’t make sense. Has this happened to anyone before and if so how did you get your account back?
