Hi Will, I looked into the Loop Energy Monitoring product and noted it offered auto-switching. As you point out this benefits providers using fossil fuels. Are you working with Loop/Navetas, similar monitor providers & OfGem to ensure the switching decision criteria is not only done on price. Thoughts?
Hey @antonyfry, we trially loop energy monitors for a short while to learn more about how people use energy monitors and smart meters and how we could use them with members to reduce usage. In the end we decided to not work with any energy monitors and instead go straight ahead with working on smart meters instead.
