Why is there a problem for some customer when trying to log into Account?

There seems to be an increasing number of customers who are trying to log into their account but keep being directed back to the Community page.

Some of us fellow customers have tried to help without success.

It would appear there is an issue at the Bulb end, can you please advise what is causing this problem so we are better informed to provide appropriate advice on this forum in future?

If members are being directed to the community page after trying to reset their password with the magic link, it’s likely that we will only be able to fix it on our side.

Being redirected to the community page login suggests that we need to set up the bulb account again. Changing the email address on the account could be a reason why we would need to do this.

This doesn’t take long as all we need to do is reset the password internally, so best advice would be to email or phone in if this does keep happening.

Seriously? A basic piece of account functionality can mess up the entire account and prevent login? Bulb need to be having a word with their developers and the hiring team.

Testing? We’ve heard of it.
