Hi I get finnaly payment 26.42 £ When I set up direct to pay this last bill your compaby take not 26.42 £ but 95£ . Why? Please refund my money or I go to solitors
Are you confusing monthly ststements with direct debits? This may help -
The monthly payment that you pay will stay the same each month unless you put it down yourself I believe. Its to top up your account so your in credit for the winter months. This would have been explained when signing up so solicitors won’t be able to do anything. You have a 14 day cooling off period I think so if your not happy with how bulb work you should find another supplier. However I believe this is how most suppliers work. Anyone else confirm this?
