Ive been trying to sort out a query for the last couple of weeks. The adviser on email has repeatedly misunderstood the situation, so i - politely - asked if i could speak to someone else.
Nothing. Despite repeatedly reminding every few days, absolutely no response.
This is really stressful.
Please, i beg you, could somebody respond to my email today.
