Will I ever get a reply to my emails?

I have a simple meter reading issue (my fault) which I raised with Bulb in February. Having got no response I escalated to complaints email on 13/09. No response. Chased on 2/10. No response.
Come on Bulb - you are all fluffy and funky in your comms but surely a simple response to a customer’s concerns would not go amiss.

I have got the same problem. I emailed help and support and the complaints email - nothing!

I have sadly had to give Bulb 7 days to reply from today or I will take this up with the Energy Ombudsman.
