I recently swopped to bulb from ovo on the understanding that they offered the warm home discount.
I have always received it previously with OVO, EDF and EON my circumstances haven’t changed. I’ve just tried to fill out the application form and it’s saying I’m not eligible…confused as I have always received it and annoyed as I may as well of stopped with OVO.

I would highly suggest you need to contact the Bulb team direct during their working hours, their details are via this link: https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- they should be able to say why you didn’t meet the necessary criteria.
@Pene3434 Unfortunately there are different criteria with different suppliers. We have used the OFGEM recommended criteria which may mean you are not eligible. Other suppliers may have been able to offer a greater scope in terms of the people they are able to give the discount to.
