Will the correct meters be on my account?

During the switching process I obviously had to put my address down, which is house number 26. However, there was a dropbox where I had to select which house the meter is located out. 26 didn’t exist, but 25 (my next door neighbor) did, so I selected that. We share a meter cupboard. I am just wondering if the correct meter will be charged, as there is nowhere to put my meter MSL or MSN number whatever one it is!

In order for us to make sure that we are taking over the correct meter for you, the easiest thing to do is to send us a photo of your meter. Simply send a photo of your meter to help@bulb.co.uk along with details of your address and a quick sentence explaining you’re wanting us to check we are taking over your correct meter, and we will take it all from there. :slight_smile:
