Hi, can I please be refunded the credit on my account? I will change my payments to avoid the build up of credit but I’d like to take out what I can please if possible.

We’ll refund any over payments you make at your request. We do keep one month’s money in the account for the next bill but anything over that we can refund back to you. We do also need an up to date meter reading, so we know your actual balance and how much we can refund.
Just let us know by phone, chat or email and we’ll return the money back to you. And as you mention you can adjust your own payments in your online account to whatever amount suits your situation.
