Wrong Address Displayed

Good Morning,

I have emailed twice regarding wrong address showing on my profile and emails sent to me, however my confirmation email and contract show the correct address. I haven’t even had a courtesy email to let me know it’s being looked at - is this an issue?

Could you please send us your meter numbers, so we can be sure we have the right ones on file? You can find these either on an old bill from your previous supplier, or you can send us a photo of your meter, and we can take it from there. Thanks so much!
