Do you mean Bulb have your email address wrong (you mention Use)? You can chnage your email address via “Account settings” on your dashboard.

If you want to update your billing address (this should be where your bank account is listed), you’ll need to give us a shout at help@bulb.co.uk. Remember to email from the email address on your account so we can verify it’s you :slight_smile:
