I am in the process of changing over to you as my energy provider but see you have the wrong address (it is spelled incorrectly) for me. How do I get this changed?
Hey @3yc I checked your address on the royal mail database, and I can see that your right about the spelling error there.
The incorrect address is the address to which your electricity meter is registered. I’ve now sent an application for this to be updated in line with Royal Mail. I’ve also corrected your billing address so the postman doesn’t get confused.
