Wrong billing

We have lived in the property just three months over this summer and it is saying we are 160 in debt and should be paying 170 a month. We use very little E and G. Are we being billed for previous owners’ energy? Is it just a computer error? Really frustrating!

Just an observation from a fellow customer.

If you look at each months statement since you switched to Bulb it will show how the bills were calculated. Have you been supplying monthly meter readings for accurate bills?
