Wrong meter reading supplied on change over

I signed up to bulb in Jan 19 and my flat is above a shop and the meter is in the shop.
The meter is in a cupboard behind fridges so when ever I’ve needed a reading I ask one of the owners if he can message me it when he gets chance to get to the cupboard. Anyway he gave me a reading in Jan which I supplied to Bulb and I’ve just got another from him and the reading is a lot less than Jan and he also sent me a picture of the meter and it’s what he said it is so I can only assume he mis-read a figure back in Jan…
