Wrong meter reading when joined, picture was sent, still wrong, and stopping me send reading!

I would like a meter reading please, the information you have is incorrect!!! I’ve sent you pictures of the reading you still have the wrong reading. Please send someone to read my meter. You won’t accept my reading !!! It’s my electricity reading. Therefore my payments are wrong.
