wrong meter reading

when i swith to bulb they ask for a meter read which we submited but month after when i was going to provied 2nd reading i found out that reading i gave them was wroung i rad wrong numner and now actul read figur is much lower then waht i gave first time . what shell i do now ?

Hi there @ozzy it sounds like your opening reading isn’t being used because we were told (by the industry regulator) that it didn’t line up with the readings you gave to your old supplier. No worries, we can get that sorted out for you, all we’ll need is a photo of your meter showing the readings and the numbers printed on the front, if you wouldn’t mind firing that over to help@bulb.co.uk
