I acccidently submited wrong gas meter readings: “9866” instead of “9686”. And this was my first meter reading, because I’ve just switched from another provider. So now I’ve received final bill from previous provider for 213 units instead of 33! Could it be resolved from your side or I need to contact old provider directly?
We can solve that for you no problem. We will inform your old supplier that the correct read is 9686 for you. It will take a few weeks for it to get processed but you should receive a corrected bill from your old supplier after it’s sorted out.
