Wrong meter readings

I have put wrong meter readings. What shall I do?

Hi there @Runabegum123 if you wouldn’t mind emailing us at help@bulb.co.uk, popping onto our chat, or giving us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 with the correct readings we should be able to get that sorted out for you. If they were your first readings then the process might be slightly complicated (we’ll have sent the readings off to your old supplier, and we’ll need to get in touch with them to make any changes) but we should still be able to help you out.
