Wrong meter submission

Hello,
I submitted my first meter reading around 2 weeks ago. I then submitted my second reading last night. I think I have submitted the wrong figure on my first reading as when I looked at the meter last night this figure has increased by double - this can’t be right?

Hi @Dmurray82 that does seem pretty unlikely (unless your first reading was less than 10 or so), would you mind sending us a photo of your meter, to help@bulb.co.uk? Then we can see about getting that opening reading changed for you.
