I wonder if you can check if my Smart Meter has been registered correctly in the National Database?
I have been told by Octopus that they see my meter as Economy 7 only, and they think it’s a normal “dumb” meter
This doesn’t allow me to move to one of their smart tariffs

I’ve just checked your MPAN (meter point number) on the national database and it is listed as a 2 rate meter and its also updated to reflect a smets2 smart meter as well. If they can’t see that it might be worth asking them if they’re looking at the right meter on the database as on our side everything is up to date
