Wrong readings taken when smart meter fitted

Hi
We had a smart meter fitted on 24th November and I recieved a bill on 1st December that covered the whole of November.
On the bill, the closing customer reading (not done by me) was 4810. I thankfully took a photo on the morning of the install that shows the reading is 4663.
I have emailed this to you guys on Saturday 5th December and got an automated response, but other than that no response.
Can you please contact me to sort this issue out as I will not be paying for gas I have not used.
