You have me down for dual phase but I'm single phase

How do I get this changed please?

It looks like your old supplier had you down as having a two rate meter, which is why we set up your account with one. Is there any way you could send us a picture of your meter, so we can make sure we have the right one and everything? Then we’ll see what we can do to sort this all out.
